"Ophthalmologist Doris Rojas's service is a disaster. 1. They made me arrive an hour early, just as she and her secretary left for lunch. After an hour of waiting, when she arrived, the secretary told me she didn't have a point of sale, and I explained that I only had an international credit card, but she said there was nothing she could do. I spent an hour trying to figure out how to pay her, only for her to tell me she couldn't see me anymore because they closed at 4:00. That's two hours of waiting, only to be turned off by the secretary, who wasn't able to provide clear and complete information.
